AI FILM SHUT DOWN
The people spoke, and the theatres listened.
The world’s very first feature film written by ChatGPT was scheduled to launch in London this past week, but the new technology is facing some real world problems even AI didn’t predict.
When publicity began announcing the premiere, the Prince Charles Theatre began receiving complaints (over 200, to be exact). Because of that, the theatre decided it was in their best interest to cancel the show.
Director Peter Luisi since has come out to public say the film’s purpose was to create dialogue about AI, and would have preferred people to see the show and discuss it afterwards.
But what do you think? And would you watch it?
Here’s the TRAILER if you’re curious.
